Digi Giga Systems has launched a highly value-oriented P4 platform with good performance and complete features.
Empowered by the latest VIA P4M266A/8235(CE) chipsets, the GA-8VM533 delivers a new architecture to uplift the system performance. The new framework supports DDR266, AGP 4X and Intel Pentium 4 3GHz+ processor with Hyper-Threading Technology. The integrated graphics, ProSavage8 Graphics engine, provides high quality graphics to ensure outstanding visual experience for multimedia equipments, said a company release.
GA-8VM533 also provides a variety of features such as 6 USB 2.0 ports, 6-channel audio, 10/100Mbps network connection, and high speed ATA133 interface. GA-8VM533 is designed to deliver the best all-in-one solution and fulfil the requirement for full range of applications for present and future, the release stated. Through 6-channel audio output, users can experience the 3D surround sound without additional equipments.
The Xpress3 series software includes three unique software features: 1) Xpress Install for easier driver installation, 2) Xpress BIOS Rescue for restoring BIOS back to its original stage, if the BIOS is crashed, 3) Xpress Recovery that backup or restore system files thru BIOS function.
Other features include Q-Flash, Norton Internet Security, Gigabyte Windows Utility Manager, and Adobe Acrobat Reader.
The board is is designed and certified for superior performance with Microsoft Windows XP. The GA-8VM533 is available in the market at an approximate street price of Rs.2,900 with three-year warranty.
