Buffalo Rolls out Linkstation EZ

By ChannelTimes Staff
Mumbai, May 16, 2008

Buffalo has rolled out Linkstation EZ, a high-speed processor and fast 7200 RPM SATA hard drive, space-saving compact device.

Linkstation NAS device accommodates simplified file sharing for home or office networks. It facilitates easy setup, and doesn't require any drivers. Accessing data from any Windows or Macintosh computer on the network is its important feature. Morikazu Sano, VP (Global Sales and Marketing) of Buffalo says, "The idea of development of the LinkStation EZ came with the growing demand for an economical, high-capacity NAS storage solution, for the end users. Linkstation EZ is designed in such a way that it's for people who don't want to mess with configuring a NAS."

This NAS box gives the user just a 4 step access to his/her storage device. The partnership with Memeo AutoBackup allows users to securely store, track and share data files - such as music, photos, presentations, etc., while providing the ability to manage and preserve those files for additional data security.
Link Station EZ - 500GB will be available in Indian market at Rs.14,650. The product can be purchased through distributors and dealers.
