IBM Rolls Out 'Smart Business' Solutions for SMBs

IBM has announced the availability of 'Smart Business' for small and medium businesses. The product will help SMBs to acquire, use and manage technology, the company said. With the introduction of 'Smart Business', IBM aims at fueling the growth of SMBs by delivering ready-to-use IT.
The several offerings of this product include facilitation of a pre-integrated solution with all the fundamental technology, offering access to a web-based community and marketplace to acquire new business applications and web-delivered collaborative services.
Moreover, the offering also incorporates:
Smart Market: A web-enabled one-stop SMB marketplace that can be used by clients to browse, rate and buy solutions or collaborate with other clients
Smart Cube: Designed to deliver integrated solutions directly to the clients
Smart Desk: A web-enabled dashboard that clients can use as a single-point-of-contact for maintenance, from updating applications automatically or subscribing to an on-demand service.

IBM Smart Business is available in India beginning November 21, 2008.
