As part of its ongoing strategy to strengthen channel relationships, Adobe India recently held its annual special programme called Success Together across Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai and Bangalore.
The programme provides a platform for Adobe's resellers, VARs and other partners to understand business priorities for the company, new business-enabling support initiatives and sharpen knowledge and skills to enable them to increase profitability.
This annual event brings both channel partners and Adobe business heads together as a team. The Adobe team accompanying the partners comprised Sandeep Mehrotra, director-sales, Shriram Krishnamachari, head-channel sales, business heads, and product heads, amongst others.
Commenting on the programme, Mehrotra said, "Adobe India has created this platform to encourage partner-to-partner networking and capitalize the opportunity to familiarize them with Adobe's go-to-market plan. It also helps them build and enhance partners' skills for promoting Adobe solutions." The channel partners also get to interact with key officials of the company, sharing better practices and new ideas in an open atmosphere, he informed.
Added Krishnamachari, "We believe in Adobe's success through success of our channel partners and this motivational program has always been an inspirational and aspirational event for our channel partners. It helps us encourage our partners achieve higher growth rates year on year."
This year the agenda included various team-building activities, games and a gala dinner. Channel partners were rewarded not only on sales transactions, but also for capability-building activities such as training and customer satisfaction.
Adobe has been conducting this programme every year in different locations. The programme also focuses on strengthening partners ecosystem, communicating Adobe's marketing plans and future product lines to the partners.
