Amdocs Opens New Software, Services Center

Amdocs, a customer experience systems provider, has announced the opening of a new software and service center in Gurgaon. The new center will offer consulting and management services along with product development and customer support activities.
"As the Indian economy and service provider market experience rapid growth, this market has become highly strategic for us. Amdocs is growing its presence in India to support market demand. Amdocs offers the world's leading pre-integrated suite of modular products and services to enable rapid transformation in the telecom industry. And by this, we are creating the needed improved customer experience to be successful in this market," says Dov Baharav, chief executive officer of Amdocs Management.
Contextually, in the first 6 months of fiscal year 2008, Amdocs has publicly announced 21 customer wins and deployments. The company has recently introduced its Customer Experience Systems product portfolio, Amdocs CES 7.5 - a suite of products to enable multi-play providers to deliver a superior customer experience.
