Asus' 'Ask More' Forum for Technical Support

By ChannelTimes Staff
Mumbai, Jun 16, 2009 1656 hrs IST

Asus has launched an exclusive online forum, the Ask More, to provide technical support for its motherboards, graphics cards and LCD monitors. Users can post queries about Asus motherboards and graphics card on this forum and their queries will be resolved promptly by Asus advisors. Detailed information pertaining to technologies used in Asus component products will also be discussed on this forum. The Ask More forum is now online at http://asuspartner.in/forum.

"The Ask More forum has been started to provide professional and expert responses to queries that customers may have regarding ASUS component products. While earlier users would have to rely on their friends, online research etc. for such information, they can now get expert advice directly from our technical advisors," commented Vinay Shetty, Country Head (Component Products), Asus India.

The forum also serves as a platform for Asus motherboard and graphics card users to come together and discuss their computer hardware and for new users to get tips on which would be the best motherboard for their computing needs.

Will this forum be helpful to the end-users?

Dear Jacob it is not a place where you should make advetisement.Ask coolermaster to spend money on advertisement rather than putting comments as a free advertisement.
