Asus Technology, a provider of 3C total solutions, recently introduced its toll-free number for providing support to its channel network and customers. This number is operational 5 days a week during office hours.
The toll-free number - 18002090365 - covers all India and will be useful for service support and also for sales enquires.
According to Albert Tung, managing director, Asus, "Asus is always in the process for constant improvement in our service infrastructure. The introduction of the toll-free number is a vital step in this direction. More initiatives are soon to follow."
Recently, the company has revamped its service initiatives to facilitate better support for channel partners as well as customers. Apart from its own 5 service centers, the company also has a network of around 120 service centers across 54 locations in India.
The company, which is well-known for its PC component product, has also been aggressive on end-user products like notebooks, PDA phones, LCD monitors and the recently introduced Eee PC.
