BA Systems, the Indian enterprise core and edge managed router manufacturer, is looking for channel partners in the eastern region of India.
Recently, the company launched its first 'Made in India' router, EN 3500, for the enterprise sector in the eastern region. The router, which was designed out of Bangalore and manufactured in Chennai, is targeted at the emerging enterprise market in India.
P. J. Singh, Founder & CEO of BA Systems, said, "We are highly focused on mid-size enterprises across all verticals. The eastern region being one of the emerging markets in India in the areas of banking, finance, stock trading, manufacturing, etc., we see a tremendous opportunity to build a strong foothold in this region with our EN 3500."
According to B. Jagadish, VP-sales & marketing of BA Systems, the company is looking to partner with channels, including systems integrators and service providers in the eastern region. "We will be providing our partners with level-3 technical support, training and feature customization for partners/customers, as required. We will focus on providing higher margins to the channels and value proposition to our customers," he added.
"We already have Microsense as our distributor who is a very active player in this region. Through some of our existing channels we have been able to get into the network of companies like MESCO Steel, VNSL Data Center, BSNL East (IIT Kharagpur). We are working closely with the partners to develop new solutions to best address customer needs and deliver innovative and tailor-made solutions for the eastern market," added Jagadish.
EN 3500 is a carrier grade, robust multi-process modular router operating system with inbuilt firewall, VPN, QoS, IDS, IPS and content filtering.
"The EN3500 provides enterprises an alternative to high-cost non-local products, by combining state-of-the-art technology, future-proofed architecture, yet cost effective. Combined with local support, BA Systems is well-primed to provide both Capex and Opex savings to the enterprise," said Singh.
