As you would be aware, VAT-Compliant Software is expected to provide:
a) VAT Accounting
b) VAT Invoicing
c) VAT Reporting / Registers
VAT Accounting will be same for all states. So, there is no issue on this.
VAT Invoicing is also no problem as BUSY provides Fully User-configurable Invoicing so the users can themselves design their Invoice as per their state VAT Act.
As regards the VAT Reports / Registers, BUSY was the first to introduce Haryana VAT Registers - the only state to have introduced VAT so far. Hundreds of organisations in Haryana are already using these to file their returns. Because of our experience in Haryana, we are now in a vantage position to offer VAT Registers for other states too as and when these are released by various state govts. |
