Digitizing your paperwork has become easy with Canon's newly-launched eCopy ShareScan Software if used with Canon's multi-function devices (MFD). The product allows users - from workgroups or enterprise network - to turn paper files into digital ones - allowing its easy distribution via corporate network or Internet.
Acting as a bridge between paper and electronic workflows, eCopy seamlessly integrates other critical business applications and backend systems of the enterprise. ShareScan's intuitive graphical user interface allows businesses to implement solutions that require little training and are easy to support. It also provides an information security feature by way of user authentication such as user login or contactless card.
Bhaskhar, director (Direct Sales Operations, BIS), Canon India said, "At Canon we focus on providing solutions that are customized to each customer whether they are large enterprises or SMBs. Canon and eCopy have been working together to provide vertical industries with information distribution and communication solutions for many years and I am pleased that we can continue to bring more value to our range of multi function devices. This award-winning software offers businesses a secure and cost effective way of streamlining their work processes; thereby improving operational efficiency and business productivity."
The ShareScan family of products includes ShareScan Essentials -- an automated document imaging software and ShareScan Suite -- an enterprise document imaging for business process efficiency.
