Canon Offers Singapore Trip on Laser Printer Sales

Canon India, the digital imaging company, has launched a special rewards program exclusively for Canon Empowered Partners called 'Fly with Canon Laser'. The scheme offers high-performing CEPs a free trip to Singapore and Bintang Island in Indonesia.

Canon will take into account sales performance from March to May 2008 to determine the eligible partners.

This scheme is offered on Canon's laser printers LBP 2900 and LBP 1210 and is applicable to CEPs in Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai and Kolkata.

Speaking on the occasion, V. P. Sajeevan, assistant director, consumer systems products, Canon India, said, "The partners are the key point in the sales link for the laser products. With the laser printers market gaining momentum, the partners' contribution needs to be appreciated. We feel that incentives such as these encourage them to better their performance and provide an opportunity for knowledge and experience sharing in a fun-filled and relaxed ambience."

To qualify for the scheme, CEPs have to purchase 30 units of laser printer every month starting from March to May 2008 from a Canon Authorized Partner (CPP) and ensure sale of 30 units each or both the models mentioned. Any stock return from the CEP will disqualify him from the scheme.

Bintang Island is a premier tourist destination, blessed with beaches, secluded coves, spectacular dive spots, and lush greenery. Popularly known as the "Garden City", Singapore offers manicured parks, colorful gardens, historical museums, marvelous temples, shopping malls, ravishing cuisine and fascinating cruises.

Recently, Canon took its select consumable partners on a 4-day trip to Istanbul under its "Fly High High Higher" reward program.
