Networking and communications company D-Link India has introduced a value-added service for customers and channel partners who are looking for information on its products and offers.
D-Link has introduced this service, wherein by sending an SMS message starting with "D-Link (Product Code)" to short mobile code 6060, the user will be able to get details of D-Link products. This service can be accessed through any mobile phone or operator throughout India.
Tushar Sighat, VP, Channel Business, D-Link India, said, "With D-Link becoming an increasingly popular brand, we believe it would be of tremendous value to our customers to be able to know easily about D-Link products they are looking for. We are continually exploring new ways to delight our customers, and this is one of the examples of our commitment to them."
He added, "In the recently held seminar series Explore 2005-06, we had promised our channel partners that we will support them in generating leads and business. This innovative service will go a long way in generating leads and enquiries."
