Hi..I am also facing the same prob as yours. I have Intex- IT 102WC cam which is not working. The CD-ROM given to me doesnot supports the webcam. I also need the drivers for it. I tried downloading it from the site... but i guess they are not there on the website..If any body has it..please pass it on..ill be thankful |

Adding more service centres without bracing up the quality of service and the manpower of the existing ones is a very short-sighted apporach. Sitting here in Jammu I feel the country managers should have a broader vision. A no. of times my new Intex product has a problem at the outset. I send it to the service centre where it is not tested properly and the cycle goes on and on. Can INTEX managers tell me who will bear the loss of my dead on arrival products. 2 months back I bought a DVD player RP-25 model of INTEX. It has made one visit to the service centre and is still not working properly. Their service engineers are not properly trained and are overloaded due to so many complaints in the products. |

There are many compnies importing chepeast available goods from china and by after putting their brand name on the product they are selling those goods.Quality is very poor. And they are least bother of this for them only sell is important and such things sholud happen because everybody is just price consious.

WHAT IS IN THERE TO ADD MORE SERVICE CENTER IF THE EXISTING SERVICE CENTRE ARE NOT ABLE TO GIVE THE PROPER SERVICE. ALL MAJOR IT DEALERS IN BHARUCH ARE HAVING NIGHTMARE FOR REPLACEMENT OF INTEX PRODUCTS IN THE WARRANTY. I THINK THERE POSITION WILL BE SAME THAT HAD HAPPENDED OF ADCOM.
I HAD SENT OPTICAL MOUSE FOR REPLACEMENT UNDER WARRANTY, BUT IT CAME IN THE SAME POSITION & SERVICE ENGINEER ARE CLAIMIN THAT IT WAS WORKING FINE AT AHMEDABAD & THIS HAPPENED FOR 2 TIME FOR THE SAME OPTICAL MOUSE. THE SAME THING HAPPENED FOR 600 VA UPS. |

You should focus on premium products only and stop pushing tomany products in the market. Intex was a leader in speakers of 3000 W, 4800 w before 2 years and today there is no quality control for this two premium products you should give the quality products as it was before 2 years. Your UPS is the worst products every found. IT is sure the service is totally poor and there is no check for the parts send for service. this Has happened in last two years only. If this is going to continue what will happen in future you would better understand. |

Only adding service centres will not do. Add QUALITY service centres. Where the parts are actually serviced, tested and then returned back to the distributor. The turn out time should be reduced very strictly to meet the delivery commitments of the defective goods |
