Experian Appoints Data Strategy Director

Experian, the global information services company, has appointed Bernie Grady as data strategy director for its Business Information Division.
Prior to his appointment, Bernie was general manager responsible for pH, following Experian's acquisition of the B2B analytics company in July 2007.
In his new role, Bernie will lead the division's data team, which ensures maximization of its data assets to meet clients' needs. Bernie joined Experian in 1994 from Staffordshire University Business School, and has held senior positions within the BI division in product management, product development and data operations.
Tony Pullen, MD (Business Information Division), Experian, said, "Data and analytics sit at the heart of our business, and Bernie's role underlines Experian's commitment to driving even greater innovation for our clients' businesses. The breadth and depth of Bernie's experience and expertise will help fuel the division's further growth by spearheading new partnerships with data providers, and developing new data capabilities as an integral part of our business strategy."
