GMC Software Technology today announced that its product, PrintNetT Designer software, has earned PODi's Personalized Print Markup Language (PPML) Consumer Program certification.
The certification reinforces company's commitment to provide customers with market leading software solutions for creating and producing high impact and personalized documents. GMC Software Technology joins EFI, HP, Xeikon, and Xerox in the first group of industry leaders to receive this certificate.
Rene Muller, CEO of GMC Software Technology, said, "We are pleased to receive this new certification from PODi."
"The addition of the PPML Consumer Program certification underscores our commitment to provide our customers with the highest quality products that incorporate industry standard interoperability capabilities of benefit to their technology and business requirement," he further added.
PPML is an open-standard variable data publishing language for production-grade digital printing. The addition of PPML Consumer Testing and Certification to the previously announced Producer Certification now provides independent verification for compliant products from different companies that process PPML.
