Gigabyte Introduces Reseller Reward Program

Gigabyte has plans to aggressively promote motherboards in channel. In line with its plans, Gigabyte has introduced a new reward scheme for its premium and value partners, resellers, SIs, dealers and stockists. The scheme is valid till April 30, 2007.
Under the scheme, on achieving pre-defined targets channel members registered as value and premium partners with Gigabyte are eligible for rewards and rebates respectively. This scheme is open through Gigabyte authorized distributors.
Rajan Sharma, general manager, motherboards, Gigabyte Technology, said, "The reseller reward program along with rebate program is our way to recognize long term partners and reward their continuous excellent performance in positioning and creating Gigabyte business across India. Current product line offers opportunity to partners to gain maximum benefit in terms of sales."
There are various targets and by achieving those the partners can win rewards like by selling 1000 motherboards the reseller can earn a 100cc bike and in 800 motherboards a handy cam. Channel partners can call regional Gigabyte sales-team to register and check for further details.

There is strong need to work on tier-2 network as per foundation will be strong for Gigabyte motherboards at this level. Asus is the archrival of Gigabyte motherboard. Asus is still being sold more than Gigabyte. Though Gigabyte's Quality of support services and product features is better than Asus. There is only problem with the approach for promoting or selling Gigabyte's products rather than with the system. |

can u give me all details, like bike on 1K , handy cam on 800, what about lower scheme
any scheme for NB on 500?????
but you MB is too costly( 865 @2375+tax. better to by Asus is 2375 Tax paid to us and we do only 75 nos in month. MOP is 2650. its lot of margin. Also what about your warranties. We have to go to Okhla and again 2-3 time to get Mobo, but Asus give to rashi & get next day( other disty are not Asus disty, only logestic, so they not provide service) |

Its a good scheme launched by Gigabyte. It is working as a morale boosting for partners. They are really keen to sell more Gigabyte's products. |
