Gigabyte Technology, a manufacturer of motherboards and graphics cards, has launched the latest version of its Gigabyte Channel Incentive Program (GCIP)-- 'Ab Har Minute Gigabyte'.
This new scheme allows participating reseller partners win anywhere between 2 - 109gms of pure gold for respective volumes of Gigabyte motherboards.
Effective between July 1 and September 30, this scheme is open to all registered resellers, who buy Gigabyte motherboards from authorized distributors in India. The scheme is valid only through Gigabyte Premium Partners in Mumbai and Bangalore.
Speaking on the occasion, Rajan Sharma, general manager (MB and VGA BU), Gigabyte India, said, "Every minute somebody somewhere is purchasing Gigabyte motherboards in India, and we have been able to achieve this stature only because of our supportive channel partners and resellers. Now, we would like to show our gratitude and appreciation to them with this new scheme."
Gigabyte has set the minimum motherboard volume at 150 ascending up to 3500. Resellers have a chance to win at least 2gms of gold in the lowest volume purchase, while a 3,500 volume puchase gives them an opportunity to win 109gms of pure gold. The company has set a target to sell about 700,000 motherboards in CY 2008.
