HP Launches New Designjet 5100 Printer

HP India has launched the HP Designjet 5100 Printer, a cost-effective large format solution, for print service providers (PSPs). Designed to offer a breakthrough combination of price and reliability, the HP Designjet 5100 Printer provides a major boost to PSPs' businesses with a promise to deliver consistent results at an affordable cost.
Elaborating on this launch, Jaideep Dahiya, business manager (Large Format, Imaging and Printing Group) of HP India said, "Built on the same platform as the renowned HP Designjet 5500 Printer series, these printers offer the proven performance, support and reliability that have become synonymous with all HP products. PSPs will benefit from the printer's superior quality prints and value-pricing to offer complete peace of mind."
Printing up to 60 inches wide, this printer brings consistency at an outstanding value. Priced at Rs 490,000, it produces prints at a speed of up to 52-square meter/hr (569-square feet/hr).
The printer also boasts an in-built intelligent technology, which works interactively with the entire printing system to make continuous adjustments for good print quality, and consistency. It also supports a wide range of productivity category media to suit various size, configuration and finishing options.
