Intex Technologies Launches New Mobile Handset

Intex Technologies has expanded its mobile handset offering with a new phone - IN 3030. As per the company, the IN 3030 is equipped with water, sweat & dust resistant technology.
Moreover, the phone also features a first-rated sound quality, FM radio, audio player, voice & audio recording. Along with music aficionados, the phone is a 'must-have' for consumers, whose lifestyle involves lot of traveling, rugged & sporting activities.
As per a company communique, the IN 3030 confirms to the Japanese JIS (IPX grade 5) standard for water resistance. The electronic circuitry is protected by a special film, and all the joints are effectively sealed by rubber gaskets. As a result, the phone can withstand dust, moisture and water splashes. One could easily give the phone a quick wash (after closing the charging socket), shake it and use it. It is also designed to perform at very low and very high temperatures with high humidity. The handset has been launched at a special introductory price of Rs. 3500.
"Intex is all set to make a noticeable mark in the segment by striking a chord with two of the most important user categories in the segment. This includes music lovers on the move and the masses on the street seeking protection of their handset in a high temperature, high humidity and dusty environment. It is undoubtedly a major addition to the INTEX portfolio of mobile phones, comprising of more than 10 entries, mid & higher end GSM & CDMA variants," said Shailendra Jha, DGM, Intex Technologies.
