Linksys Appoints Craig Gledhill As VP, APAC

Linksys, has appointed Craig Gledhill as vice president, APAC, to be responsible for the strategy, execution and expansion of Linksys throughout the region.

Craig oversees the geography efforts of APAC Linksys functional departments and sales operations. Gledhill's primary objective is to maximize growth opportunities in consumer and small business markets in order to position Linksys as premium brand in APAC.

Rod Keller, vice president of worldwide sales of Linksys said, "Linksys is fortunate to have Craig Gledhill lead our APAC operations. His knowledge and experience in the networking industry will help strengthen our relationship with customers and bring new opportunities to us. Craig will help bring the Linksys business to the next level throughout APAC."

Gledhill comes to Linksys with more than 16 years of experience in the technology industry. He spent the past nine years in a number of leadership roles at Cisco, including senior sales positions for large accounts and education verticals within Australia.

He most recently served as the managing director of Singapore and Brunei. Gledhill will continue to oversee Cisco's operations in Singapore and Brunei until the end of July 2007.

Before 1988, Craig Gledhill worked with various technology companies including Southmark Solutions, Lanier and Harris Lanier. Gledhill is based in Singapore and reports to Rod Keller, Linksys, vice president of global sales.
