MOTOYUVA W270 Hits Indian Retail Shelves

With its new slim MOTOYUVA W270, Motorola, a global wireless communications provider, said it aims to 'redefine' music on-the-go.
The clam-shell designed mobile phone offers an inbuilt MP3 player and easy-to-use music capabilities with dedicated MP3 and FM keys. Now, even with the flip closed, the new device offers keys to play/stop, adjust the volume for music, change FM channels and MP3 music tracks. The phone has integrated stereo FM radio with RDS support that allows users to view the FM station, artist's name and name of the song they are listening to.

The W270 offers storage of up to 2 GB of expandable memory and its enhanced battery provides a talk time of up to 550 minutes, and 450 hours of standby time.
The W270 features CrystalTalk technology that helps reduce ambient noise and a large phone book capable of storing up to 500 names. At 94g, the W270 boasts a 128 x 128 pixels 65,000-color display.
The mobile phone includes Hinglish predictive text software, wallpapers and screensavers. It offers an engaging user experience with pre-loaded games - Sudoku and Tetris, and the pre-paid tracker.
The W270 is enabled with GPRS Class 10 that provides fast web browsing and downloads. With T-Flash Card support up to 2 GB, the user can carry his favorite MP3 songs and also use the phone as a storage device. It also provides currency converter, calculator, calendar with an event reminder.
The mobile phone has an added advantage of USB 1.1 for charging, flexing and T-Flash. It has the capability to synchronize with Windows Media Player version 11 and above. The phone enables users to transfer MP3 audio files from their computer to the mobile phone using drag-and-drop capability.
The W270 is available in India at all MOTOSTOREs and retailers. It comes with a 256-MB microSD card, USB cable and stereo headset at a price of Rs.3,360 (MRP: Rs.3,583).
