Mauj Mobile gets New Head for Consumer Marketing

People Group's wireless arm, Mauj Mobile has announced the appointment of Yuzdi Badhniwalla as head of Consumer Marketing.
Commenting on Yuzdi's appointment, Manoj Dawane, CEO, People Infocom (Mauj Mobile), said, "At Mauj Mobile, we always strive to provide the best to our customers. Over the years, we have built some rewarding associations with Telcos and Brands, and now want to expand the horizons of our services across the customer base. With Yuzdi's expertise in the B2C domain, we are excited about new 'go-to-market' strategies that will go a long way in reiterating Mauj Mobile as an Industry leader."
At Mauj Mobile, Yuzdi will be responsible for tailor-making customer solutions, and building relationships with channel partners. His portfolio will also include managing the product life cycle for the company's Mobile gaming vertical.
Speaking about his new role, Yuzdi said, "It's an exciting place to be in, bringing together a rapidly evolving consumer market and a burgeoning MVAS sector. Consumer profiling and consumption pattern analysis will be our 2 key focus areas in the months to come."
Yuzdi is an alumnus from the Indian School of Business, and holds a PGDBM in strategy, leadership and analytical finance.
Yuzdi has 12 years of experience in the media and Internet space. He has previously worked with the Times Group and Rediff.com.
