Nanopoint Technology (NTI) has announced its go to market strategies to generate more awareness for its 'Tagan' range of high-end power supply units (PSUs) in the Indian market.
Sharing company's plans with ChannelTimes , Ivan Tsai, product head of Tagan in India said, "Our first priority is to educate the channel partners on need for high end PSU in enthusiast PC, gaming PC, graphic workstations and mini-servers while positioning Tagan as the brand of choice in these communities."
In addition, the company has announced aggressive pricing, support and market development initiatives for Tagan in the channel.
Talking about generating awareness, Tsai said, " We have started our advertisement campaign in leading magazines. Along with this, we are having bundled promotions with ATI and Nvidia."
"Also we are running rebates on graphic cards and motherboards. We are also taking part in trade shows and exhibitions. All these together will make our brand reach the enthusiasts," he added.
It may be recalled that the company in the recent past announced its tie up with Kolkata-based Tirupati Enterprises that will distribute Tagan range of PSUs. "Tagan is an enthusiast brand and we are focusing on positioning Tagan as a brand of choice for PC enthusiasts in India. Tirupati Enterprises, our exclusive distributor for Tagan in India, has strong inroads into the PC enthusiast community in India, and we will be working closely with our distributor to ensure strong brand visibility for us in the PC Enthusiast community."
As far as training is concerned, the company is now arranging for 'quarterly technology and product training programs' for its channel partners.
