With Progressive's appointment, NetApp hopes to create a wider availability for its data management and storage solutions.
This partnership, says the company, will help drive storage efficiencies across government, enterprise and MSE segments.
Surajit Sen, (director channels, marketing and alliances) of NetApp India said, "The India market is witnessing increasing demand for unified storage solutions, coupled with customer focus on higher ROI from their technology investments. We believe our association with Progressive will help more customers realize higher value from their storage solutions and accelerate business breakthroughs. Progressive has strong market credentials and its experience in the storage space in India will enable NetApp to increase its reach and build a stronger and wider customer base."
"We are delighted to join hands with NetApp to increase its footprint in the Indian market. NetApp solutions have immense potential for businesses to attain the flexibility they are seeking in their IT infrastructure, along with increasing efficiency and reducing costs. This will be particularly relevant in a country like India where the demand for storage is rapidly growing and discerning customers seek best-of-breed storage solutions. Given NetApp's commitment to the success of its channel partners and our highly experienced team we are looking forward to effectively meeting the needs of our customers," said Prateek Garg, MD and CEO of Progressive Infotech.
