New Year Scheme for ViewSonic Partners on Anvil

ViewSonic Corporation, a provider of visual display products, has announced its expansion plans for India for the year 2008. As a part of the business initiative, the company is working towards launching innovative and unique product lines for India apart from strengthening its existing portfolio of LCD monitors and Projectors.
The company has appointed Accel Frontline as its 2nd authorized service provider to provide after sales service and technical support network to deeper pockets of India with added support in metros for its visual display range of products.
Gautam Ghosh, country manager of ViewSonic Technologies (India) said, "We are excited with the response ViewSonic received from the channel fraternity and customers in India in 2007. Our focus now is to scale up the Indian operations by launching unique product lines and innovative products. Soon we will announce an exciting New Year scheme for our business partners to help them benefit more in 2008."
While talking on appointment of Accel, Ghosh said, "This tie up is in line with our expansion plans for India. Both our authorized partners, RT Outsourcing and Accel Frontline, with their dedicated team of service professionals will help us strengthen our service network - thereby giving a boost to business efficiency. This will not only enhance our customer loyalty, but also provide ViewSonic a direct competitive advantage and scalability."
Speaking on the tie up N. R. Panicker, CMD of Accel Frontline said, "Accel has vast experience in the field of customer service & support. We are excited to tie up with ViewSonic as it will strengthen our profile as a Warranty Management Services organisation. It will be our endeavour to further enhance the quality of service and meet the demands of ViewSonic customers through our wide network and reach in India."
Shammi Moza, managing director of RT Outsourcing remarked, "ViewSonic has captured good market in a brief period of time and RT is committed to provide the best customer support levels to further enhance the brand's image."
Contextually, currently ViewSonic operates in India through a network of 3 distributors, namely, Redington India, Compuage Infocom and Roop Technology. The company is now planning to open retail outlets like shop N shops and branded stores in the country.
