Outsourcing Service to Gain Partner Confidence

Aiming to increase partners' confidence and boost the market share, Taiwan-based Genius - an IT and Consumer Electronics vendor - has announced the appointment of RT Outsourcing as its service partner for India.
The new partnership agreement with RT outsourcing will be effective from 1st August, 2007. For the time being, RT will provide services to Genius in 5 locations - Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, and Bangalore. The vendor plans to move ahead in a phased manner. The first phase will see the opening of 5 service centers in the metros.
Sandeep Ramani, country manager of KYE Systems said, "With RT Outsourcing on board, we can provide support to customers in a better manner. RT has presence all across the country and this will help us in enhancing the customers' experience of using Genius products."
RT aims to complement the distributors' work for an aggressive penetration of Genius products in the country. Speaking on this, Naren Dubey, director of Transtek Infoways, the distributor for Genius said, "This initiative will definitely boost the sales of company's products. As a distributor, we can put all our energies in marketing the products now - without worrying about the service part."
Bangalore-based Dattathreya Murthy, director of Projen Impex said, "It's a much needed initiative taken by the company and it will further help in building confidence among the partners."
RT will provide support to the entire range of Genius products including, digicams, handicams, webcams, mice, keyboards, headseats, speaker systems, home theatres, MP3 players, tablets, gaming products, etc. RT Outsourcing enjoys presence across more than 100 locations in India.
