Rashi Conducts Service Camp in Chandigarh

In a bid to serve its channel partners better, Rashi Peripherals, a Mumbai-based national distributor, recently conducted its service camp in Chandigarh. A one-day event, this camp was aimed at supporting partners to overcome their service worries.
As per the company, more than 40 channel partners attended the event. A team of service engineers from Rashi was present at the event to help them with queries related to servicing of various products.
This is in continuation of its ongoing series of service camps being held in different states - Chattisgarh, Gujarat, Rajasthan, UP - across India supporting Asus, Altec Lansing, Jetway and Sony products.
Talking about the initative, Ashok Goenka, Head (Support), Rashi Peripherals, said, "Rashi has always believed in providing better service to the channel partners, and we are happy with the kind of response we received at Chandigarh. In future, we plan to do more similar activities, thus strengthening our relationship with channels"
Asus, Altec Lansing, Jetway and Sony were the key participants in this service camp. Rashi plans to add more number of service centers in order to provide sound service in smaller class of cities also.
