Rashi Peripherals to Serve SI Partners
By

Mumbai, Apr 22, 2008
Rashi Peripherals is all set to serve II- and III-tier System Integration (SI) partners directly, from its national service centers across the country. This initiative came as an attempt to entitle SI partners - with better services and support, as they're the backbone of IT hardware business.
The validity of the 3-year warranty will stand based on their proof of purchase, either from Asus Elite Club (AEC) partner or any national distributor. The warranty will be based on SI partner's purchase date. The products included in this initiative are motherboards and graphic cards.
SI partners will get either the same motherboard immediately after servicing, or will be swapped from the buffer stock. In case of non-availability of a similar product, the same will be upgraded.
Any product that's damaged or burnt will not be considered under warranty. Rashi will have a final say on any products warranty validity, as it would have a database of the products serial number and invoice details.
Rashi in its endeavor to service ASUS products better had earlier announced setting up of a toll-free number, for service and support network that will soon get operational. It's expected that this will further help partners to know more about the status of their products.
