Rayv Plans to More Than Double Sales in H1 2006
By

New Delhi, Apr 18, 2006
Delhi-based Rayv Infotech, which entered into the multimedia speaker market in April 2005, plans to sell 4,000 to 5,000 units in the first half this fiscal.
Amulya Jain, Rayv Infotech, said, "To start off, we are looking to achieve a realistic target of about 7 to 8 percent in the speaker market. We are currently pushing about 2,000 units per month and intend to take it up to 4,000 to 5,000 units in another four to five months."
The company has launched a new speaker model with a remote, and plans to introduce yet another model in the market in a couple of weeks. The company is now positioning itself as a national player having set up presence in the southern region too.
"We have already moved into all the regions with the recent appointment in Bangalore, Kochi and Chennai. We are definitely trying to put more emphasis on the South now," Jain said.
Speaking on Rayv's immediate plans, Jain said, "At this point we are consolidating on the dealer/distributor network. We get daily queries on all-India basis, which is very heartening for our company and sales team. At present, we do not have a vast product portfolio to focus on and it works to our advantage."
The company, which has a channel base of 70 partners, plans to organize dealer meets at regular intervals as well as go in for extensive advertising campaigns through the print media.

I have sold these RayV speakers, bad quality, and returns from my customers. I think they are cheap chinese things which don't last for more than 3 months |
