Sahara Computers Electronics is organizing road shows and carnivals in Eastern UP. As a part of the company's strategy, this initiative is an attempt to increase the market share of Sahara Computers in eastern UP market.
The awareness campaign, which comprises road shows and carnivals, is being organized in cities like Lucknow, Barabanki, Faizabad, Sitapur, Varanasi , Bahraich, Lalitpur, and Gorakhpur.
In cities like Lucknow, Kanpur, and Jhansi, a carnival will be organized at the time of the culmination of the campaign. The innovative schemes floated by Sahara Computers are the main attraction of the campaign. More than 8000 customers have already visited the road shows, organized in various cities of the Eastern UP.
These road shows and carnivals would provide an ideal platform for direct communication between the channel partners and the customers. Moreover, channel partners would get opportunity to expand their customer base, and customers would be educated on the various aspects of PC usage.
Besides, Sahara Computers and Intel have joined hands to create awareness by bringing in mobile van in the eastern UP. Sahara's products are displayed in the van. The van is going places to reach out to the people for educating them about PC usage.
To increase the PC penetration in the UP region, the company has introduced easy installments of Rs. 39 per day for laptop and Rs. 16 per day for the desktop.
George Van Der Merwe, COO of Sahara Computers, said, "Through these road shows we are providing the platform to our channel partners to sell their products. For our partners, this awareness campaign is the extension of the regional schemes that we launched initially for the channel partners."
The road shows are expected to continue all through Diwali.
