Sahara Computers & Electronics Limited (SCEL) has started its awareness campaign in Jammu & Kashmir (J&K) by organizing free service camps in the towns of Jammu, Anantnag, Kathua, and Srinagar.
This is Sahara's first after sales support services program in J&K, where more than 25 dealers were benefited. The team under the service camps also visited a few schools in J&K. This initiative gave an opportunity to Sahara Computers to interact with the students directly and understand their requirements.
In a short span of time, SCEL has strengthened its after sales support structure by incorporating various new services like free SMS service, free service camps, talk to Sahara, toll free number, constant customer support and care, and SMS product information service.
According to George Van Der Merwe, COO for Sahara Computers said, "We're delighted to provide our services in J&K. Through this initiative, we've tried to reach out to our dealers and the target audience. We're hopeful to introduce our services in other parts of J&K in near future."
