Samsung Launches Attractive Consumer Offer

Samsung India has launched a consumer offer on its LCD and Plasma televisions. This offer is valid till July 31, 2008 and will be applicable on any purchase of a Samsung LCD or Plasma television with an assured gift of a Home Theatre or DVD player.
Any customer buying a Samsung Series 6 LCD TV in 32"/40"/46"/52" screen size will be entitled to a free gift of a Samsung Home Theatre (HT-TX22). Samsung's Series 6 marks the first appearance of Crystal design in the 2008 LCD full HDTV line-up. It comes with a stunning dynamic contrast ratio of 50,000:1. The series is priced in the range between Rs. 74,000 to Rs. 300,000.
A consumer buying Series 5 LCD TVs will get a Samsung DVD Player (Pebble) free with the purchase of a 46"/40"/37"/32" LCD TV. The Samsung Pebble, which is only slightly larger than a DVD disc, has a minimalist design and can up convert standard 480p discs to 720 p, 1080i or 1080p.
A purchase of Series 4 LCD TV in 40"/37"/32" screen size will have a Samsung DVD Player (P480) free. For Series 3 LCD TV in 32"/40", the customer will get a free DVD Player P182 free with every purchase. While the Series 4 LCD TVs are available in the price range between Rs. 49,000 to Rs 85,000, the Series 3 LCD TVs are available in the price range between Rs. 44,000 to Rs. 77,000.
Commenting on this offer, R Zutshi, deputy managing director, Samsung India said, "Most consumers like to go in for a complete solution of an LCD TV with Home Theatre for a cinema like experience at their home. The value addition offered in the form of a free Home Theatre /DVD player with a Samsung LCD TV during the promotion, I am confident will encourage more and more consumers to go in for the purchase of Samsung LCD TVs."
Besides, on every purchase of 50" Plasma TV from Series 5 or 50"/42" Plasma TV from Series 4, a customer will take a Home Theatre (HT-X20) as free gift. Purchase of 42" Plasma TV (Model No. PS 42A410) from Series 4 will entitle a customer to a gift of a Samsung DVD Player (P182).The Samsung Plasma TV range is priced in the range between Rs. 69,000 to Rs. 140,000.
