After getting references from my friends that samsung is one of the best company,I should try once. So I took a chance and purchased a referigerator. Believe me they have proved wrong.I am regretting myself by getting a samsung.They focus something and give somthing else.Customer care is one of the horrible I have ever spoken too.My sugestation is please don't spoil your money by investing in Samsung.

If you are in a service line you should make your customer happy, I have register a complain on 07-03-2008. M y complains number is (8402562655 and 8402562655) till now 2 service persons came to my house but no one can resolve my problem. The first person said I will send a different person the 2nd person said I will send a different person. I think there is no good service eng in your company.
