Samsung Rolls out Dual Standby CDMA cum GSM Phone

Samsung Telecommunications India (STI), has launched 2ON - its first Dual Standby CDMA cum GSM handset. This dual standby handset contains 2 SIM slots, one each for GSM and CDMA respectively.
In the words of Sunil Dutt, country head of Samsung Telecommunications, At Samsung, our endeavour is to continuously provide our consumers with innovative and consumer friendly products. The Samsung 2ON is an example of the same .This phone aims to cater to the growing Dual Stand By market, wherein discerning consumers want the convenience of a single feature rich handset with two connections operating simultaneously. The availability of this handset in the open market will provide Indian consumers freedom to select service operators of their choice on GSM as well as CDMA networks.
The new cellphone is the first CDMA phone, which supports both Tata Indicom and Reliance Communications Value Added services on the same handset. Targeted at consumers who aspire to reap benefits of high quality mobility, the Samsung 2ON packs a host of latest cutting edge features such as 2.3 TFT Touch Screen, 2 Mega Pixel camera, Micro SD Card Slot up to 1GB, MP3/ AAC+ Player.
The Samsung 2ON is a must have for those consumers who wish to utilize the benefits of both CDMA and GSM networks at the same time. states Dutt.
