Siemon Appoints 40 Certified Installers in India

The Siemon Company, global manufacturer of network cabling systems for the commercial enterprise, government and industrial markets, announced the appointment of 40 Certified Installers across India to ensure customer satisfaction.
These designers and installers are trained to design and install Siemon cabling systems at the company's training centers. Each course consists of an intensive one-week program that includes classroom as well as hands-on training. This ISO 9001 certified training program is based on the best practices of relevant TIA and ISO standards to ensure the highest levels of quality in training worldwide, the company said in a press release.
Rajesh Kumar, country manager, The Siemon Company, said, "Cabling is not just about buying good quality cable and connecting with the hardware. In order to ensure the use of full bandwidth, a structured cabling system needs to be properly designed, installed, and administered. Keeping these factors in mind, The Siemon Company has developed the Siemon Cabling System Certified Installer Program. With the help of these Certified Installers, our customers can be assured of consistent quality and best performance."
He added, "With the advancement in technology, we are looking forward to bring in Siemon's next generation structured cabling solutions for our customers."
Through the Certified Installer Program, the company strives to continuously improve the skill set, knowledge base and quality of workmanship of its partners. It supports its Certified Installers with on-going training and marketing programs. To ensure customer satisfaction, an end-user questionnaire and audit program has also been developed to get the customer feedback on a regular basis, the company stated.
