Simmtronics Receives Intel's 'Gold' Award

Intel has presented the 'Gold' award to Simmtronics Semiconductors, a company involved in manufacturing and distribution of memory modules, motherboards and graphic cards.
The felicitation was done at the Intel Solutions Summit 2008 at Bangkok, Thailand. Indrajit Sabharwal, managing director of Simmtronics Semiconductors received the award from Kamil Hasan, director (Reseller Channel Operation) of Intel Asia Pacific. Intel conducted the event to strengthen its bonding with its partners towards a more consolidated position for years to come.
While commenting on the felicitation, Sabharwal said, "This award is a significant recognition of the value - we are bringing to our customers, and we are committed to continuously innovate and strengthen our product lines further. We are also expanding our operations in India by setting up our own offices across many cities, so that we are able to provide enhanced customer service, ensure customers delight and widen our market reach."
It may be recalled that Simmtronics has recently announced its expansion plans, which includes setting up sales and service support offices in 10 more cities in India, including several B and C class cities in the first phase. Besides the existing facilities at Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Cochin, Jaipur, Kolkata, the new offices will be set up in Ahmedabad, Chandigarh, Ghaziabad, Hyderabad and Indore. In its second phase of expansion, the company will set up offices in seven more cities.
