Stellar Rolls out a Twin Protection Solution

Stellar Information Systems, a provider of data recovery products and services, has launched a twin protection solution. The solution, named Stellar Black Cat, protects the data and gives trouble free computing experience as well.
According to a Stellar communique, the product can also help in recovering lost data from various scenarios, and keeps virus attacks plus other data threats at bay. This new solution is powered by K7 Antivirus.
With the launch of this solution, the company is targeting towards the SOHO segment. It has planned to sell the product exclusively through channel partners across the country.
In the words of Sunil Chandna, CEO of Stellar Information Systems, "It is always better to have a data protection and anti-virus software together in one package. This is a value for money product for consumers."
Along with features, like - real-time scanning, anti-spyware, anti-malware, e-mail scanning, Black Cat also provides extra features like lost data recovery, data recovery from formatted drives, data recovery from deleted partition, recovery after software malfunction. Moreover, it recovers deleted files and folders too.
Contextually, Stellar's Data Recovery Solutions encompass a wide range of software for almost any data loss situation - ranging from accidental formats to virus attacks to software malfunctions. The company's products support most major Operating Systems like Windows, Macintosh, UNIX, Linux, and Novell. Its additional data recovery solutions include recovery from CD-ROM's, Digital Media Recovery, and E-mail recovery.
Stellar's Black Cat is available through the company's partner network across the country. The list price of a single license of this software is Rs 950.
