TVS-E Offers 3-Year Warranty on Champion XL

TVS Electronics announced a three-year warranty that includes the printhead for its widely popular MSP Champion XL series of printers.
Sporting special features such as a 200 million-character printhead, parallel connectivity, the ability to print clearly on four-part forms and support multiple versions of Linux, the Champion XL printers are designed for improved speed performance and reliability and are ideally suited for printing statements, accounts, cash book and ledgers, and also for all letter/correspondence printing applications.
Narendran, general manager-marketing, TVS-E, said, "With the launch of the three-year warranty offer, TVS-E now offers the best combination of product, technology and warranty support that Indian users look for. Our three-year warranty program reduces significantly the cost per page and sets new standards in the printing industry.
"The Champion XL series is famous for its reliability and rugged easy-to-handle body. And the customers are looking at some of these important aspects. So we really felt the need to demonstrate this rather than talk about it, hence we increased the warranty period. In the present market, XL is considered as the most durable printer."
He further added, "The channel partners can certainly look at profit since the service is value-added. They can expect a 5-6 percent market increase with this extended warranty policy. The company is targeting the SMBs for this scheme."
Any Champion XL printer bought after the 1st of July is entitled for this scheme and the warranty will become active only after registration.
