Bangalore-based accounting software company Tally Solutions has launched an Online Certification Program. According to the company, the competency certification that a person will get from Tally on successful completion of the online test is a validation and recognition of a person's expertise in Tally. The certification will be from the company itself.

The program comprises accounting and commercial terms associated with a trading organization, introduction to inventory transactions related to purchases and sales, and Tally reports generation.

According to a Tally official, "The online program is starting on January 27, and it could be helpful for the resellers and dealers, as it will help them gain knowledge of Tally, and help increase sales. It is also effective for new entrants in the IT industry, as it increases knowledge about various business scenarios and proficiency in Tally," he said.

The company said that the certification would be the "Benchmark on Tally Knowledge" for the resellers and dealers.
