I bought one 1GB Pen Drive before last 6 Months from Cyberian Informatics, Bhubaneswar, Orissa. In the last month I found the Pen Drive not to be working. Then I submitted the Pen Drive to the dealer for any kind of repairing and replacement on 1/02/2008. But till date i.e.22/02/08 I have received not even a single call either from from the dealer or from the company people.
I also belong to a MNC. And I am also in service. But such kind of service I have never given to my customer.

if any file is paste into the pendrive after remove safely from the system. and replace again it into the usb port we pasted file is not opening and it is converted into 128 (00000000) type of folder please give me the solution for this problem. |

I have purchased transcend Jet Flash 8 gb pen drive. But while I am copying 450mb files into this pen drive it cannot copying properly. Out of 450 mb it is copying 150 mb. If there are folders inside then it becomes 000000.000. What is the main reason while copying atleast 450 mb files into the pen drive. But while copying 60mb files then it is copying smoothly. I bought a Transcend 1GB pen drive in Bangalore about 6 months back, after 4 months the pen drive stopped working, I took it back to the person who sold it to me and he promptly replaced it after 2 weeks time. Now again after two months time, the replaced pen drive (1 GB) has also stopped working. Can anyone please tell me if there is any geniuine problem with Transcend pen drives. Now though it says Life time warranty, the shop person is not willing to replace the pen drive. (Serial no is intact, package is also there with me and also bill exists).
