I am sure that this is some massive factory rejects being diverted to India. Recently I registered a DOA case for 19" viewsonic when they politely told me that there should be minimum 6 dead pixels for them to replace a monitor. With such DOA policies, they can even approach other TFT manufacturers for their factory rejects for them to make economical models. |
