Viewsonic Tak Dhina Dhin Offer Gets Bigger

By ChannelTimes Staff
Mumbai, Mar 12, 2008

Viewsonic Corp., a global provider of visual display products, is all set to benefit its partners in the year 2008 with the launch of the sequel to its successful "Barsaat Mein Tak Dhina Dhin Offer" introduced in 2007.

"The Return of Tak Dhina Dhin" scheme offers Viewsonic Golden and Silver Finch Club members to earn more on purchasing Viewsonic products and fly with an additional travel reward to scenic destinations.

To participate in this scheme, the dealers have to register themselves with Viewsonic India under the Finch Club and purchase Viewsonic products through its authorized distributor base in the country. The scheme is open till 30th June, 2008.

Elaborating on the scheme, Gautam Ghosh, country manager of Viewsonic India, said, "It was encouraging to see the response the channel fraternity gave to Viewsonic last year through 'Barsaat Mein Tak Dhina Dhin Offer'. Thrilled with its outcome we are introducing another exciting scheme for this year 'The Return of Tak Dhina Dhin' offer, which will help our partners to earn even more and fly more with the Finch Club on making repeat purchase of Viewsonic products."

He added, "This year, through Finch Club, Viewsonic will also provide its partners intensive training and update them on latest technology trends, business opportunities and marketing support."

Currently, the company operates in India through a dedicated network of 3 distributors namely, Redington India, Compuage Infocom and Roop Technology. Going ahead, the company plans to open retail outlets like shop N shops and branded stores in the country.

The company recently announced addition of 26 new cities in India to its existing service base and revamp of existing locations for higher levels of customer support.

Its nice to hear that the company has a wonderful reward for the dealers in store, for this upcoming monsoon. But be informed that is it justified to live the dealers who deal with the end user under the sun sweating this summer; be left drenched in this upcoming monsoon; collecting orders. I feel the company like Viewsonic with its wonderful products should also reward its patron (the so called "small dealers") this will not only thrust them to higher outputs but also encourage them. Anyways, my reverence and best wishes to VIEWSONIC. The products are excellent. Keep it up. But the service issues are to be fixed.

Buy Viewsonic at your own peril. I got a 20" LCD about one and half years ago. They shipped a defective monitor. Took four weeks to get a replacement, after threatning to go to consumer courts. Now, the monitor has developed a line of bad pixels and the replacement is expected from the last five weeks. This is the last viewsonic product I bought. Never am I going to make this mistake again. I am buying 15, 19" monitors for my company Samsung it is.
