Xerox Empowers Partners to Win Together

Charting a new course in nurturing channel partnerships, Xerox India is offering enhanced value proposition for the entire spectrum of its channel and alliance partners under its latest channel program, NEXT (New Enhanced Xerox Team).

Sharing details on the newly-launched NEXT program, Princy Bhatnagar, director-office business, Xerox India, said, "The NEXT program has been designed to offer comprehensive training support, technical know-how to equip the channel partners and make our partnership a profitable one. It will also bring in a partner-to-partner collaboration and give them an opportunity to team up with each other, leveraging each others' skills and alliances with different vendors to 'win' together in the market place."

He added, "Based on each of the category for which a partner registers in the program, it automatically empowers them with training and development skills, in synergy with the end customers that the respective partner engages with."

The program will focus on educating the channel partners on Xerox's business value proposition and will give a road map for progressive growth of the channel partners from Registered to the Platinum Category, the benefits of each category, along with the requirements. The program will encompass tier-one national and international system integrators, SMB partners, VARs, large format retail partners, sub-distribution partners and transactional resellers.

The NEXT program focuses on empowering the channel partners by providing sales and technical training, marketing and sales support that will enable the partners and Xerox managers to jointly engage with the end-customers. It also provides them with account protection by mapping of account, access to sales leads, differential access of training & marketing resources in Xerox Partner Portal, key demand generation tool, marketing support, and tools to enhance their visibility in the market, enabling them to differentiate their market offering.

The program provides a platform for Xerox to combine its entire range of products, solutions, consumables, after-sales services as one single unified business to engage, empower and reward the channel community.

Xerox India offers an array of document solutions, services and systems including color and black-&-white printers, digital multifunction devices and digital copiers designed for offices and production printing environments. It also offers associated supplies, software and support.
