New Delhi, Jan 17, 2008
Xerox has revealed that intends to tackle tackle warranty problems in a cohesive way.
Sharing details on how the company deals with increasing problems of warranty, Andrew Horne, managing director, Xerox India said, "Xerox has well managed skilled and trained engineers to look into the partners and customer predicament. We have our set online support teams, and timely organized events in different cities to inform about company plans and initiatives."
To provide information on its products and solutions, marketing programs, incentives and promotions and to deal with increasing problem of partners, PartnerNet Web portal - www.xerox.com/partnernet has been launched.
"We are very hopeful that the problems will be sorted out in limited time frame," Horne added.
The company has also showcased the most sweeping transformation of its corporate identity by redesigning its logo.
The new Xerox logo is now a lowercase treatment of the Xerox name, in a vibrant red-alongside a sphere-shaped symbol sketched with lines that link to form an illustrative "X", representing Xerox as a global company with human connection made through Xerox's global reach, and the 50 million touch points Xerox people make each year.
Horne also informed, "We're excited about living with the new brand identity in India - with our customers, our employees and our shareholders. With the new contemporary and less formal look, we are confident that there will be alignment between what we offer in the market and how we are perceived."
"We opt to ensure to make it easier, faster and less costly for our customers to share information by adding many new strategies," he added
By the year end, the company is planning to launch 14 new products in India.

Worst possible services are provided by xerox, As a partner we do not have any way out to get assistance. We have already made loss on giving warranty on personal ground to the customer. If you can send this to the xerox personnel pls do it. I think this is your responsibility to take our problems to them instead of publishing their polished messages. All that is stated can not be relied upon. |
