Zyxel Announces Green Wireless Routers

Zyxel Communications, a provider of broadband access solutions, has rolled out green wireless routers - NBG460N and NBG420N.
With their customizable wireless scheduler, the NBG460N and NBG420N can be configured to be wireless as per the requirements. According to the company, their extreme 8x faster application date throughput (up to 300 Mbps), and 5x wider coverage standard provide reliable, high performance throughput and coverage. They are suitable for triple play applications like online gaming, and HD streaming at home and the mission-critical applications for the SOHO users.
For certain remote access, NBG460N and NBG420N support 2 IPSec VPN tunnels to ensure the security of transmission. Commenting on this launch, Wesley Chen, senior manager of Zyxel said, "An environment-friendliness and energy-saving product has become an asset on the international marketplace. Zyxel is committed to develop innovative and eco-friendly technology. The NBG460N and NBG420N will be the first series of Zyxel's ongoing green product portfolio."
