Zyxel Rolls Out G-4100 Hotspot Gateway

Zyxel Communications - a broadband access solution provider - has launched G-4100 wireless hotspot gateway in India. This solution comes with its own access point and printer, and has a blue pulsing emblem to make customers aware that the Wireless-Fidelity (Wi-Fi) solution is available at the premises.
The G-4100 is suitable for coffee shops and restaurants deploying a zero-configuration Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) so that users don't need to change any settings. This enables one to provide hotspot service with minimal maintenance cost and no administration effort.
Mahendra Lalwani, managing director of Zyxel Technology India, said, "Not only is the Zyxel G-4100 easy to install, it comes with a dummy-proof interface that offers easy navigation - leaving you more time to manage your business instead of fiddling around with the settings." He added, "The other important features include 4 Fast Ethernet ports and NAT protection."
This easy-to-install plug-and-play product suits the needs of system integrators, who provide quick and easy deployment of internet access and email service in coffee shops, restaurants, and hotels. It's also ideal for hotspot service providers looking for a one-stop shop internet service with embedded billing mechanism and printer.
G-4100 is available in India through authorized channel partners at Rs.39,000.
