your customer engineer call me about my complain and he tell me on phone my monitor data cable is problematic and data cable is not covered in warranty and he tell me it is charged 175 Rs. for this repairing, very first day this problem found in my monitor why should pay for this?
Already my monitor repaired 4 times by Samsung engineer.
This problem is pending from very long time. Please help me........

Dear Support,
I have purchased a Samsung make CRT Monitor from your show room. Details are as bellow.
Model no:- SyncMaster 793s
S/N:- S00JJ20XB69507
Purchase Date :- 10/02/2005
This monitor comes with 3 years warranty. Now monitor have color problem on Date:- :21 Aug 2007
I have launched the complain no 8405830107 for the same on Date:21 Aug 2007. But that complain terminated by the Samsung service station due to my unreachable phone. Then I have re lunched the complain No. 8405830107 for the same on date 5th sep 2007. Service engineer Mr.Naresh Thakkar come to attend the problem from surat Samsung serveice station on 14th sep 2007 and said, ?This problem is not covered in warranty, So you have to pay for that?. I ask him to give me the service report with same thing written on that. He has denied for that, then again I had ask for the same, at this time he started shouting loudly & badly misbehave with me & my parents.
So what do I have to do for this & to resolve my existing problem? Kindly do the needful for the same & resolve my issue.

we want to convert our old data which was fed in 4.5 version of tally, into the 5.4 version that we are using now.My accountant says that version 4.5 needs Window 98, whereas we are using Window XP, in our office thats why we can not access the data. Please help me with a solution ASAP.

WHAT IS IN THERE TO ADD MORE SERVICE CENTER IF THE EXISTING SERVICE CENTRE ARE NOT ABLE TO GIVE THE PROPER SERVICE. ALL MAJOR IT DEALERS IN BHARUCH ARE HAVING NIGHTMARE FOR REPLACEMENT OF INTEX PRODUCTS IN THE WARRANTY. I THINK THERE POSITION WILL BE SAME THAT HAD HAPPENDED OF ADCOM.
I HAD SENT OPTICAL MOUSE FOR REPLACEMENT UNDER WARRANTY, BUT IT CAME IN THE SAME POSITION & SERVICE ENGINEER ARE CLAIMIN THAT IT WAS WORKING FINE AT AHMEDABAD & THIS HAPPENED FOR 2 TIME FOR THE SAME OPTICAL MOUSE. THE SAME THING HAPPENED FOR 600 VA UPS.

Look like Mr. anonymous is upset at something. But his comments are not correct in our experience. We are deal with Mr. Rajaguru for many years. We have seen him very down to earth attitude and helping nature. I think it is wrong to blame such helpful person as dictator. He is definitely very strong for market understanding. Ingram is not fool to scaledown such talented personnel. They will definitely achieve the new heights with this action.
