Sandeep Nair is Managing Director, Emerson Network Power (India) Pvt. Ltd. (ENPI) and Vice Chairman – Western Region for the Manufacturer’s Association for Information Technology, MAIT.

Nair joins ENPI from Acer Communications & Multimedia (ACM), where he was Managing Director. Involved in setting up the company, he was responsible for the formation of the India Operations team. He was with ACM between 2000-2002, and in this period positioned Acer as one of the leading IT brands in India.

Prior to ACM, he was Country Head - Brother International, a leading Japanese firm, where he successfully shaped the organization right from its inception.

Currently in his second spell at Emerson Network Power (India), Nair was previously with the company, then Tata Liebert Limited, a joint venture (50-50) between Tata and Liebert, during the period 1994-96. He was responsible for starting the successful Distributed Processing Group business division in the company.
