Mistral Forges New Alliance in Embedded Space

Mistral Solutions, a provider of complete technology solutions and professional services in the embedded space, has entered into a partnership with Elma Electronic, designer and manufacturer of electronics packaging systems.
The company provides standard to fully customized components such as modular enclosures, cabinets and backplanes. Elma's modular approach allows fast, cost-effective, and proven performance for customized design modifications to standard platforms. The base products are centered around 19" and 23" Eurocard specifications, with design innovations for VME/ VME64x, CompactPCI/2.16, VPX, VXI/PXI, AdvancedTCA/MicroTCA and other architectures. The company's design expertise allows fast implementation of full customized designs for backplanes, sub-racks, enclosures and cabinets.
These solutions will enable Mistral to offer its customers standard, modified and customized electronic enclosures that house and protect sensitive electronics and electrical components in a range of markets, including defense, telecommunications, medical, and industrial automation.
