Blue Star Infotech Ltd., a global provider of outcome based IT solutions appointed Douglas Gray as Chief Solutions Officer.

Gray will be responsible for customer solutions strategy, supporting technology partner programs, and leading strategic planning and execution in new disciplines, including analytics, mobile applications and cloud computing. He will serve as the executive liaison between customers, sales and marketing, technology partners and global solutions delivery teams.
